services necessary for a business checking account. An A.J. Smith Federal Savings Bank
business checking account will provide a convenient way to pay your expenses and
accurately deposit your receipts. On a monthly basis, you will receive a statement plus
your cancelled checks. The statement will give you a complete record of disbursements,
deposits, and beginning and ending balances.
You have your choice of business checks in
many formats and designs. Whether you need voucher copies, various sizes, unique styles

Minimum opening balance - $1,000.00

Minimum daily balance
requirement per statement cycle - $1,000.00

Balances falling below
$1,000.00 will be charged a maintenance fee of $10.00 per statement
cycle.

$0.15 for each deposit within a statement cycle.

$0.10 for each check within a deposit.

$0.15 for each check written which clears during a statement cycle.

Check imaging - no charge.
Cancelled checks returned in statement - $2.00.
In addition to the regular business checking account, we also offer a variation thereof
which is an earnings credit account. An earnings credit account earns a credit to
reduce or offset monthly service charges assessed. This credit is based on the average
available balance in your account during a statement cycle.
The business accounts listed above are exempt
from the "Truth in Savings" regulation.
The following charges apply to all checking
products:
- Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) - $25.00 per overdraft
created by each returned check/draft, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or
other electronic means.
- Stop payment order - $25.00 per check/draft
- Certified check - $10.00 per check

Negative Balance Fee - $2.00 per Day
- Check printing (fee depends on style of check ordered)
