lost/stolen during normal business hours, please call the Midlothian
office at 708-687-7400 and ask for Checking.
If you are trying to report a
lost/stolen debit card after normal business hours, or on a weekend or a
holiday, please call the Fifth Third Card Service line at 800-528-2273.
(Fifth Third is A. J. Smith’s Debit MasterCard processor.)
